Bookings made through the Sark Shipping website can be changed online up to 2 hours before the scheduled sailing by signing in, but only if you have not yet collected your boarding cards.

If you have collected your boarding cards and/or it is less than 2 hours before the scheduled sailing time, you can still change your booking by telephoning the main office up to 30 minutes before the scheduled sailing time. Please call: +44 (0) 01481 724 059.

• Please note that an administration fee will apply when changing a booking by telephone.

 

• No refund will be made if the cost of the new journey is lower at the time of changing.

​

• A booking cannot be changed if the cost of the new journey is higher than the cost of the original.
