We are aware that some customers have experienced difficulty accessing or completing bookings through our website, and we sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused.

We have been working closely with our IT provider to investigate these reports. Their investigations indicate that the majority of issues relate to the transfer of information between the website and the booking system. This process is now being actively monitored so the root cause can be identified and the appropriate fixes implemented. A smaller number of reported issues have been found to be unrelated and may instead be caused by factors such as internet connection timeouts, browser compatibility or online banking security timeouts.

Please also note that the previous Sark Shipping App has now been decommissioned while its replacement is under development. Links from the old app to our booking page will no longer work.
